Halifax settled in full.

Hiya everyone, Well i filled in a county court claim form on line in the end. They replied very quickly and said that they would put in a defense. 10 days later they paid me in full including court costs and sent me a letter saying that they do not admit liability but that it was not worth their while to go to court. I am very pleased. £178.00 in charges paid in full £30.00 court charges paid in full Court claim filed 31/5/05 Halifax acknowledge and filed a defense 2nd June 2006 Halifax paid in full £13.06.06

Hiya, wonder if anyone can help me. I accepted an offer from the Halifax in full and final.. This was two weeks ago and they still havant refunded me the money. What do i do now? Thanks, Jayne

Hi there, i have written to the halifax asking them to refund me charges of £148.00,.. They have offered me £58.00 in full and final settlement. I dont really want to go to court, do you think they will refund me in full and not go to court if i go ahead and file a claim in court? Thanks Jayne
