Hi thanks for all your responses, may I also add that i was not living at the address where the letters were meant to have been sent to which obviously meant i couldnt have received it, does this matter?

Hi thanks for all your replies, my defaults are as follows: GE CAPITAL; £951, barclaycard centre; £670 and Barclays bank; £824. And i believe i did have charges on them, however im not to sure.

I settled all of them in January 2006 and they now show up as being satisfied on my credit file, is there a way i can remove these default notices from my credit file, thank you for your time.
