  1. Wondering if anyone can help, 3 weeks ago went to a high street shop & purchased a £1500.00 bed, bed was delivered with damage to one of the drawers in the divan base. Reported the damage, to be told that the company had lost my credit agreement and would not carry out any repairs/replacement until I had signed a new agreement. I asked where the agreement got 'lost' and was informed that Black Horse stated that they had not recieved it from the store. I am unpset that my finance agreement had been 'lost' and concerned that 'someone' may now have access to this information. Additionally, the store appears to be more interested in the signing of a new agreement and insisit that I go to store to sign a new one. I am reluctant to sign a new agreement as I am also concerned that if the new agreement 'appears' I could be liable for 2 lots of monies for the 1 item, I asked if they could cancel the initial agreement, the store manager sent a hand written note stating that the agrrement has been cancelled please come sign a new one. I am not happy with this situation as I believe the agreement is with Black Horse and not the store manager, again unsure if his note is valid. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, and if i had a choice would like them to come and take the bed away as i am not happy with the whole situation and customer service. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
