How are you both getting on? I'm claiming against A & L as well and have recieved my first rejection letter today. (How will I cope!!) It was the 'oft were refering to credit cards and we are in line with our competitors' letter. Do you think they are starting to defend themselves now? Hi, I was just wondering if HSBC sending a stack of statements was the normal procedure? Surely it must be simple for them to calculate how much they have charged me? Are they just trying to put me off claiming by sending me all these bits of paper??? Did everyone else get the same treatment? Kind regards, Jayne
