Hi all I'm at the stage after having gone through moneyclaim.gov.uk and Lloyds have put in a defence on both claims. I'm based in Plymouth. Today I have received a "Notice Of Transfer Of Proceedings" from Northampton County Court, saying that it has been transferred to my "local" Plymouth County Court. On the letter it has the words "Please read the accompanying documents carefully, and note that the allocation questionnaire should be returned to the Plymouth County Court." However it has the words "and note that the allocation questionnaire should be returned to the Plymouth County Court." crossed out with a biro. I was on the understanding that I needed to complete one of these questionnaires - is this an error, or does it mean that Plymouth County Court will send me one at some point? Thanks all! Beamer
