I had a contract which had passed the contract length period of 12 months and was then rolling every 28 days Last month on the 28th of August I called and got a 1 month Sky Sports Trial for an additional £10, rising to £20 if I stayed on Today I phoned VM to let them know I don't want Sky Sports any more and also mentioned I may want to cancel my VM services altogether to which I was told I had also entered a contract on that day altering other services and that I am tied into a 12 month contract with them. The gent on the phone said that a letter explaining this would have been sent out to me and that I areed to terms by not returning the slip indicating otherwise. It's possible that such a letter was sent out but I definitely did not receive one. Is there anything I can do to get out of it? Thanks for any help
