  1. Hi, I recently made an employment tribunal claim against my ex-employer for:- 1. Not providing me with payslips after 4 month’s worth of payments 2. Not paying on the agreed contract date 3. Not providing final payment after I left the company A little background:- In the last year I have been working on and off for my ex-employer due to lack of funding and other suitable employment. When the contracts/funding finally came 6+months past the date we was told I was in a massive financial mess because I was working and saving myself for this high paid job (that may or may not pay) that was always going to be next week (to be honest, now I think about I think what a MUG, but when there is no work about you hold hope out for anything). When it finally happened things didn’t seem as legitimate as I was promised and the management seemed unable to sort out even the simplest tasks. Things that have happened because of the situation 1.August payment was received late, this resulted in been taken to court for a possession order on my property which was issued because I was unable to prove my income. 2.I was told that I was on emergency tax and that would be sorted out once the system was setup to process payment (4 months is long enough I think). After leaving employment I contacted the tax office who informed me that NO tax or NI had been paid from my ex-employer. 3.Unable to provide income proof for child/working tax credits and for this my payments were stopped. I have now solved this problem by not working for them anymore 4.I was prescribed Fluoxetine from the doctors through this to help with depression caused by all the stress I was putting up with. There are some other issues with an IP agreement but I’m seeking legal advice for that. I submitted my case on the 11th September 2009, and yesterday I got told that my ex-employer had not responded within the 28 days allocated so they had given up their rights to defend themselves. So this means I get to spend some time in court to discuss with a judge how much I feel they owed to me. I am new to all this so I have no idea how much I should be asking for, I was told that the payslip should pay out the amount deducted per week multiplied by 13. But for the breach of contract and everything else that has happened I am unsure how to approach this. Any help would be greatly received. I was supposed to be on £30,000 pa which is £2,500 pcm but from this I only received £1,837.75. Thanks in advance
  2. yeah i just got off the phone with the police and they said that i arn't the victim and i will have to let barclaycard deal with the ploice, they gave me a crime ref and that was it (no helicopters, swat team or bobbies what a shame LOL). at least they will be off my case now.
  3. Wow, after 3.5 months i have finally received a CCA I requested ( i'm sure there is something wrong with that) and another 2 phone calls so far. i was right with them from the start because my signature is not the one that is one the form, so all i can think is someone as used my name to gain a creditcard. i Think now a phone call to the police is in order to report this matter, I think i am also going to offer them a settlement of £1 (to just go away really) should be intresting.
  4. ah! after another phone call they have deceided to put the CCA request forward, in 8 weeks i will received the documents ( i thought they had to have it done within 31 days ).
  5. hi, i sent HFO 2 CCA request forms, they deny getting the first one but the second one was received and they called me to say that they was taking the £1 off of my total balance. They literally just ignored it, now what???? Thanks
  6. i have just phoned the consumer complaints office and they suggested that if they continue doing the things that they are doing, report them to the office of fair trading. read the rest of this thread and following what the other people have been doing. Thats wot i'm doing now so hopefully this will be sorted out soon.
  7. ok, i told them that i wanted no more phone calls and any further phone calls would be recorded and i was also sending them a CCA. What i meant by verbally abuse give them the law casue i know they don't like people who are clued up about these matters. will start a new thread about this once i get/or not get a CCA from them.
  8. its ok if they are not round by 10am i am gonna phone them up and verbally abuse them done the phone and we will see how they like it. LOL
  9. hi, this is my first post and i am having the same problems with HFO Services. But it as already got to the stage where they are saying they are coming out to my property and ordered that i took the day-off work to speak with them. I have taken a copy of the CCA request form and i am going to send it to them first thing tomorrow morning. Hopfully this will sort things out for a while. Also i can't remember this debt so it is in question, and i have contact barclaycard about this matter and they have no record of me on there systems. What do i do about this?????
