My brother had canceled his contract with carphonewarehouse in 2005 with a written notice and closed down his direct debit. but carphonewarehouse kept billing my brother, he got all his money back of 400 pounds, now a yr laters on they are asking for the same amount plus more for unpaid charges. it is now in debt collectors hands. is there anyway of making this right? what legal grounds does he have?
