  1. Hi SusyQ, That gives me hope we sent the settlement letter back last tuesday and [problem] told me it would take 2 weeks for them to receive the letter as it goes to a " Secure location" then it would be another ten days before the money goes into our account. fingers crossed we get it in 12 days from posting. Congratulations by the way
  2. yes and they have included that in the settlement, but i'm not sure how to go about telling them i'm adding more
  3. Hi thanks for replying so quick, I didn't know you could argue the T&C's so I just sent it back. How should I tell them I'm still going to claim interest?
  4. Hi not posted before but have a have question for you lovely people, i'll give you a brief history. put my claim in to lloyds in April ended up going through mcol lloyds said they were going to defend the claim kept sending us all the usual brush off letters and then just as we received another letter from the court last monday 09/07 Lloyds sent us one saying without predjudice they would settle for the full amount £4670 plus court charges:-) all we had to do was sign and send back the letter and the money would be transferred into my account or so i understood. I sent the letter back tuesday lunch time but I still haven't had the money i've spoken to their lovely friendly (not) solicitors and they tell me it will take four weeks to receive the money. so my question is, is this normal? I thought people were receiving their money within a few days. i'm getting worried now as my debt is mounting up and i need to pay it off with this money, on the 1st of aug they are charging me another £470 with a total of £1410 since I put my claim in in April I just can't keep up wih the charges. Help!!! sorry I feel like i've gone on a bit too much i'm just really worried.
