Hi I have sent my LBA to Lloyds requesting a full refund but have had no response which should have been on the 10/07/07 according to my timescale. What on earth do I do now? I know I threatened them with court action but how do I do this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I am new to the site and am just introducing myself !! Its nice to see that you are all giving so much support to each other. I am currently trying to recover charges from Abbey, but they have only sent me A years worth of statements and now it well over the forty days. I have sent them another letter stating that I want the rest sent within 7 days and I have heard nothing from them and that was well over 2 weeks ago ! Anybody know what I shoul do next ?
