Just handed in my n1 today and paid my 80£ fee. Lady behind the counter notified it would be issued today and halifax have 16 days to reply. Can't belive banks are still rippin people off ive its come this far.

hi, i sent my lba 2 weeks ago and the time runs tommorow, before i fill my small claims in tommorow should i phone them and ask if they want to make any kind of settlement. The mistake i made was that in the letters i put the amount i wanted refunded included my interest at 8% whereas after reading on here it says not to add intrest untill court action. Anyone got ideas? EDIT: Can i file at any county court of does it have to local to the address my account is registered at?
