Hello again, It seems the timing was poor. After doing Moneyclaim Online last night I got a letter from them this morning offering full settlement of charges but not of interest as they say it is discretionary and not appropriate in this case. They offered £3170 of my £4300 claim. I tried to stop the claim but was told I was too late. So it looks like they will be getting it in the post shortly. The thing is they have offered this money with strings and I'm not sure how to deal with it. Option 1. Maintain my account with them but accept their terms and conditions including the charging structure and that any future charges will stand in full. Option 2. Close my account on 6 Aug 2007, clear all outstanding balances and receive a cheque for remainder. Ideally I would like my refund and my account to continue but they want me to tick one of their options and return it in the post. Dilemma.

Thanks for your support. They ignored my letter threatening them with court action so I did the court action. Wonder if they'll reply now?

I'm new. Hello. Taking on Norwich and Peterborough for £4300 bank charges. One day to save themselves some money they sent me a letter saying "consolidation of bank charges £160".
