  3. Hello I have just joined this forum on behalf of my wife, who is currently in the process of reclaiming almost £2,000 from Lloyds TSB. So far we have followed the instructions set out in the Martin Lewis Money Expert Website. Lloyds TSB followed the exact procedure that Marin Lewis predicted, telling us we had no legal claim etc etc. so we took the case to the Small Claims Court in early May. Lloyds TSB acknowledged the claim just in time to gain the 14 extra days allowed under the system, and have now contested our claim. That was a week ago, and now when we go to the Small Claims Court Website it tells us that the case can no longer be heard on line, and that they will advise us as to what happens next. I guess that in the light of their one-off success with the Berwick case, Lloyds TSB have become more bullish in their defense of these claims. I assume that now we will have to actually go to court, not a prospect that either my wife or I relish. Any thoughts anyone? Mobileman
