well I still made the bundle and sent a copy to cobblers and the court. You know when they receive a bundle that thick they're sure to cave in! hope future cag members get their cash back quicker and with less effort than was needed with me.

Hi, I'm almost there thanks to this group. When I'm preparing my court pack, I understand that I have to send a copy to the court and to Cobblers. Do I also have to copy all my bank statements? This would take a long time and cost a lot in photocopying charges. Thanks, Lee.

Hi, I sent a Preliminary approach for repayment to Sir Fred Goodwin and received a signed response from him today. The letter denies that the charged are unlawful and then says... 'I understand from your letter that you may wish to instigate court proceedings against the bank. If this is your intention please present your court papers to the following address....' I am keen to file the claim against them. They are aware I would like to instigate court proceedings so is it necessary to send the 'Letter before action' or can I go straight to Money Claim Online?
