Hi Everyone, Just rang the court this morning they have stayed my case Grrr!!!!!! Can i still go to strike out the defence? How annoying the court said it wont be lifted til early next year!!!!! I hate banks!!!!!! Can someone please advise me of what to do next. Thanks Claire

Hi Garyh, Thanks for that i think i'm going to apply to get there defence stuck out. How come my defence is different to every one elses its signed by a different person is only five pages long and has 13 sections. Thanks from a very confused Claire

hi, i'm slightly confused at the moment feel like my head is going to explode!!!! i recieved a copy of abbeys new defence dated 6th aug statement of truth is signed by willem basson (paralegal). i have just submitted my AQ on friday now waiting to find out what the court is going to do. Dont know whether to applie to get there defence stuck off. My claim is well over 5K and dont think i could risk having to pay there fee's also do i still email my CPR 18 or not. Any help is much appreciated thanks claire

UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATE*** Hi I sent off my 1st letter with my schedule spreadsheet demanding my money back within 14 days. i've recieved a letter tis morning from shabby today saying they are sorry to hear i've been so unhappy that i felt i had to complain and that they will look into it and get bak to me in four weeks. what should i do shall i still send my LBA after the 14days is up.
