Hi Trucker, on the basis that they are settling claims of this nature without contesting it in court, and if they defence isn't struck out they have to produce evidence of all claims so far and their outcomes etc. thought it was worth a go, or is it a bad idea? they have already offered a settlement but I turned it down as it was only 1/2 the amount. -
I can't even remember when I first opened my acct with Bclys I have a court date in August and would like to try to get their defence struck out, have got most other things together (I think)! but can only find T&C's from May 1996 on one of your links, will these do? and what bit is relevant
