I am new this web site & its services. I am taking the Royal Bank of Scotland to the small claims court to retrive my bank charges. However I am running a few days late with the claim on Moneyclaim. due to a lack of funds. Will this effect my claim with the bank ?... Also I live in Brighton & one of my branches is in Scotland. Will I be ok to send my court claim to my local branch ? even though one of the accounts is held in Scotland.. Please help me... Thank you... & hello to everybody. Kind Regards ...
