I was offered a settlement in full dated 11/7/07, from the Yorkshire Bank, which i accepted. Since then i have received an offer of £200 in full and final settlement, from the in house solicitors, also, on the same day, a defence was filed and now i have to pay £100 to file an allocation questionaire. I don't know what the Yorkshire Bank is up to. and I don't know I'm doing either. any suggestions?

I only want my Husband to get back his charges. But with all this talk of "bundles " AQ's, etc. my head's spinning. I've got a buddy, I think, called Parkvale; thankyou Buddy. I'm a complete techno phobe. I hate bloody computers. Why can't YB play the game. My Daughter asked Halifax for her money, in excess of £2k, and they gave it her back more or else within the 8 weeks; no hassle. YB should be done for wasting the courts time, it seems they go to the wire then pay!! we are asking for £451.39 + interest-- now + court costs. We have opened another account but the YB remains open with all ins and outs now with A&L. I really feel out of my depth with all this. Any suggestions:cry:

I registered court action yesterday, 26/06/07 on MCOL against the Yorkshire Bank. Reading some of the other threads and on other websites(Martin's Tips)I think I may have made some basic errors. no Acc # and I have claimed from April 2001 when my original request was sent in May!!! Help, anybody I'm desperate. :?
