I already have the case awaiting a hearing after an allocation order, which I have complied with, however the banks in house solicitors have writen stating that as it was a commercial account the unfair terms in consumer contract regulations 1999 do not apply to business accounts. They have however made an offer of a goodwill payment of £1820 this is against a claim for just over £4000. Oh and because I had a business loan with them which is now with debt collectors they will only repay to me the courts costs the balance goes into the debt collectors. You notice Business loan but down to me personally but they can twist themselves around the regulations to suit themselves. Do I roll over, or my inclination is to push on, but I really cannot aford to loose suggestions please! but not on a fag packet
