Hi it was late charges, don't quite know where to go from here? Liz

Hi this is my first post and I am pleased to be writing some good news. Have managed to get back £1400 from the bank charges. Initially they offered £300 but we stuck to our guns and accepted the second amount. Unfortunately not so go with a credit card company. When I wrote asking them to reimburse monies they said we had signed an agreement when we took the credit card out and agreed to pay the charges. has anyone had any similar experiences with credit card companies? liz
