I was claiming for £970, didnt add any interest on to this. I just added up all the charges. To be honest Im not really sure what Im doing next as not heard of anyone around me having to take it further, so any help would be appreciated

I used the Template letter from the BBC website and sent it recorded delivery with the statements enclosed highlighting all the charges.

Hiya, Am looking for some advice. A week or so ago I sent the letter by recorded delivery with a copy of my bank statements for the past 5yrs (only been with the for 5yrs). I got a letter back acknowledging that they had received it. Today I have received a letter from Halifax stating they are not paying me any of the charges back and that I had agreed to their Terms And Conditions in where if i went over the limit then I will be charged and upto date letters of when the charges were going up was sent to me. What do I do????? Please Help
