  2. Hi Bigmac I sent your copy off in May by registered post, stating I needed a reply in 14 days, and they have ignored me. What do I do now? Carol

  4. The letter states that I have been unlawfully deprived of the money and askes for it back. It doesnt mention anything legal. Is there another letter I should be sending which does? Carol
  5. sorry, this sounds a bit dim, but I have left the letters at work and cant remember is they mentioned court. I do know that the timescale was 14 days on the last letter, which was replied to in that time, only they dismissed the claim. I will have another look at the letters, and post reply tomorrow.   6. I sent copies of the two letters which appear on the GMTV site. What else can I do ?
  7. I have sent two official letters claiming back my charges, and today The Halifax tell me that I have no claim. They say that when I opened my account I agreed to the charges if I was overdrawn, etc. Not quite sure what to do now, any suggestions???? Carol
