  1. Just phoned the court they said my case was stayed and to not turn up on 17th September. I'm not a happy bunny.......
  2. Thanks guys but not sure I'm going to need the bundle now as I recieved a letter from A&L yesturday saying that all their cases had been put on hold untill the OFT case had been sorted!! Less than a month to go!! AHHHHH! Going to phone the court later and find out whats happening though as I have not heard anything from them. Mysis
  3. Hi have just read the court bundle help and found a fellow plymouthian which was great to read how they are doing. It has left me confused though! They had a notice of direction hearing and didn't have to take any paperwork with them, the judge said he was surprised that the bank hadn't settled (wragge and co didn't turn up) and then she was asked to get together the court bundle for two week time??!! I have a directions Hearing too so now am confused as to what to do. Any help would be great as really feel like giving up! Mysis
  4. Hi Clare, I'm from Plymouth too and starting to get well confused! I had two letters one, notice of allocation to the small claims track two, notice of directions hearing. They both came in the same envelope! Having read your thread do I just need to turn up like you did? Haven't heard anything from Wargge or the court over this whole OFT thing and claims being put on hold. This claiming stuff is starting to take over my life and I'm close to jacking it all in. The court date is for 17th september - should I phone the court? Any help would be great! Becks
  5. Hello Getting my court bundle together and trying not to panic! I gather from this quote that I'll be recieving a bundle from Wragge & co soon as well? "Each party must file and serve copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing, no later than fourteen days before the hearing. The original documents must be brought to the hearing" Do I need to take that to court as well? My court date is 17th Sept and the court has only allowed 15mins! Not sure if thats a good sign they think the bank will settle or that they are fed up with it all!! Either case not long now Mysis
  6. Hi, Thanks, I didn't completely understand what was written in the link for section G so trying to work it out and put down what I understand so I don't get caught out on the last hurdle! Its got to be in by the 13th so need to get my skates on! Thank you!! Mysis
  7. Hi thanks for the support! As todate we have had an offer from A&L not for anywhere near the full amount claiming so I gather I need to send the offer back with a letter saying that I don't accept it. A couple of days after that we recieved a 6 page defense from Wragge & Co and then an allocation questionnaire form the court! Its all go! So now we have untill the 13 july to return it with another £100!! Just going to go into the library section to see how to fill it out. Not long to go now! mysis
  8. Hello Thanks for the advice, its taken ages to get this far but hopefully its all go now! Filled in the N1 and the charges and interest spreadsheet so its of to the log it at the court this afternoon. Will keep you posted on how it all goes and hopefully add to the winners very soon! Thanks again mysis
  9. Hi, was wondering if anyone could help? Have trawled this site & 2 others & started my claim for just over £2000 against A&L. Got my statements, did the 14 day response letter didn't even get a on your bike letter back! Its been a while since the 14 days have come & gone & I'm only just trying to put together the N1 form (two kids, self employed husband & lack of time energy, money has caused the deley!) its at this point that my head has started to spin & I feel like I giving up. Have got 3 copies of my statement of charges with 8% interest added and started to fill out the N1 form from on line but when it comes to the features of claim I have got completly baffeled with all the jargon and stuff! Is it ok to cut & paste ros2710's one as they won! or is it better to do my own? If so where do I start? Really don't want to go to court but if I do I'd like to have some idea of what they are talking about! Any help would be fab!
