I have been looking over old RBS advice of charges letters from 2000 to 2002 (some are missing) however, I noticed that I was being charged an overdraft loanguard charge, I have never taken out a loanguard with regards to an overdraft, has anyone else been charged for one of these, it sounds to me as if it was made up, I will be asking for the charges to be refunded it adds up to quite a lot of money. Current Account Mortgage

At the moment we have a RBS CAM (which we have had to make a complaint about with the FOS - long story!!!) however, during 2004 due to financial hardship, we unfortunately, exceeded our "borrowing" over several months, in total we were charged £235 in total, even though the bank were aware of our financial situation, does this mean that we could request that they pay us this money back? Much obliged for feedback.
