I sent letter of for my bank statements and eventually got em back - with a letter stating in view of the banks going through legal proceedings with OFT - they dont have to deal with my claim yet. what are people doing? Should I still go ahead and try and claim my charges back??? How - in view of thier letter??

Hello I am to this although my friend has told me about this forum for eva - just a bit nervous about taking on Halifax. I have an overdraft with them which I live of each month - would they want it back/ take it of me? What should I do?????
