  3. Thanks GaryH, Between you & curlychic I'll be able to go on my hols, without the worry that I've missed the oportunity to get my much needed money back. One more question - just so I'm sure Do I just send all 3 copies to the court & then they send to the defendant ? Or do I need to send a copy to LLoyds & or their solicitors Sechiari Clark and Mitchell :? Thanks in advance guys:)
  4. Thanks for the reply Curlychic, Maybe I have not done things in the right order which may mean game over I filed a claim on line through monyclaim website & then the court sent me a notice of of issue then a notice that acknowledgment of service had been filed & then a notice transfer of proceedings. Stating that a defence to the claim had been filed. This contained 7 points. This last notice is 'General Form of Judgment or Order' & states 'IT IS ORDERED THAT Unless the claimant by 4pm on 7th June 2007, files at court and serves on the defendant further written particulars of the claim specifying the name, account number and sorting code of the account referred to, and a list of all the charges complained of showing the date and amount of each one and sate the reason for it, the claim shall stand struck out without further order.' I'm afraid I dont know what an NI form is & when I filed the claim I did NOT sent ANY copies of POC or schedule of charges............Oops Have I screwed things up here?
  5. Hi, I'm a bit of a newby at this and not sure exactly what I should do at this stage of my claim against Lloyds tsb & also struggling a bit with navigating my way around the forums having never used one before. They defended the claim which is under £500 and now the court has sent me a letter which states IT IS ORDERED THAT Unless the claimant by 4pm on 7th June 2007, files at court and serves on the defendant further written particulars of the claim specifying the name, account number and sorting code of the account referred to, and a list of all the charges complained of showing the date and amount of each one and sate the reason for it, the claim shall stand struck out without further order. What exactly does 'file with the court' & 'serve on the defendant' mean do I just post them the info - special delivery or does it mean something else? I am away on holiday between 15 - 30th May so I am only left with a small window to get this done. Therefore any advice you can give would be very much appreciated
  6. Help The court has asked that I file POC with the court & serve on the defendant - how do I do this ? Is it ok just to send via royal mail special delivery ?? Sorry but I'm a newby
