hi as a west brom supporter! we are lucky enough to be going to wembley for the play offs.As season ticket holders we have had to phone from 7.00am this morning to obtain tickets.My problem is: you go straight to message saying you having been connected, charge 3p, then connected to another message saying all lines are busy and to try again charge 7p. so for each attempt to get through there is a charge of 10p. upto 11.00am this morning 117,000 attempts have been made by fans trying to buy tickets - this is big money for someone! - still trying to get through myself! - who is making the money, is it legal, why dont they say we are being charged. Surely some one is answerable! - who should i com[plain to? maggie.f
