  2. Hi Ell-enn, Thankyou for the reply, It has already been postponed until Friday just for that reason. She contacted the line manager and requested a detailed list of all the accusation in question. Also she has a doctors appointment tomorrow at 10am. She has already got the company disaplinary details and she is being accompanied by a co worker. Regards Alan
  3. Basically the letter says Notice of Disciplinary Interview. At this investigation hearing the question of disciplinary action against you, in accordance with the companys disciplinary procedure will be considered with regard to: 1. deliberate damage to company property. 2. Unauthorised possession of company property 3. insubordination towards a department manager 4. complaints made of rude behavour towards colleagues 5. general uncooperative attitude to colleages. She has been given the right to be accompanied, she was handed the letter this morning for a hearing tomorrow morning at 9.30am. She came home due to stress and too get our heads together. We found out that she needed reasonalble time to state her case. We were also advised that she required the details of each accusation. The personnel manager taking notes on Friday, is mentioned in the details as having a greivance with my wife. can she be in the same room or should the meeting be adjurned. as for company property (2) they are basically saying that she has in her possession photographs of company display which she is using for her personel portfolio. Nowhere in her rules and regs does it state that things done in your own time to take to a pay review meeting, are company property. She is a visual merchandiser for a garden centre. displays stock all day, she took these photos in her own time on her own camera to promote herself. Regards Alan
  4. Hi , why wife ( a visual merchandiser) has just recieved a letter regarding attendance to her disaplinary hearing at work on friday morning. As you can imagine there are a few questions she feels need answers I hope that someone out there could shed some light. 1. If a person is mentioned in the disaplinary overview, can that person be present in the interview, taking notes? 2. taking photographs of displays and putting them together to form a portfolio of work, to be presented to the manager in a pay review meeting. could this be classed as company property? There are probably many more questions to ask soon. Please help

I would like to accept the £539.00 as a part payment. Has anyone got a template letter that I can copy, as I don't want to mess up my claim at this late stage. I would also like them to send me a cheque is this possible. I have issued a court claim and the 28 days are up on the 26th April. regards
