  1. Lloyds paid in full in the end. They had a local representative at the court who was very helpful and showed us all of their paper work. All of this was before the hearing. Why had they not showed us that before? We are now going to claim for the previous 4 years.
  2. My daughter won over £1600 yesterday. Lloyds paid it directly into her account on the Friday before the hearing yesterday (monday). We still went to court. They had a local representative there who was very helpful and showed us all of their paperwork. I wish they had sent it to us. They paid the amount in full over the claimed period. We now intend to claim for the previous 4 years.
  3. Thank you both for your reply. As yet we have not received any communication from the bank informing us what the amount they have refunded is for. We were going to wait for a letter from them to arrive or, if earlier, see what the Judge has to say before we respond to the bank. Do you think we are following the correct course of action? PS By contact the bank do you mean my local branch or their solicitors, sorry for my ignorance.
  4. Hi everyone this is my first post on this site, although it has been very helpfull over the past few weeks. My daughter is in court tomorrow claiming £3600 back from Lloyds TSB. She has noticed today Lloyds put £1600 into her account dated last Friday. She only has statements for the past 12 months showing £1800 of charges, but has been paying charges for the past 2 years so we have estimated £3600. What do we do now? Any advice will be gratefully received.
