  1. Have been offered £1987 out of court direct from RBS . Initially sued for £2066 +£750 interest + £120 court fees. Corbetts have entered their defence. Do I take the money or go for the full amount? If I do continue my claim what is the process?
  2. Hi Have just received the standard letter from the RBS solicitors acknowledging their service - What should or will happen next - RBS had until 6th June to defend - how long do they now have?
  3. Hi I am now filling out my N1 form (have had some great advice from the forum on this, thanks) - My query is this: RBS registered address is in Edinburgh - I live in Cardiff. I have been advised that I can send my completed N1 form into my local court (Wales). My worry is that it will not progress because of the difference in legal systems - Is this true - I do not want to waste my £150 admin charge! Please help!
  4. Hi Thanks for your tips on the form - Brilliant. One question still remains unanswered - Can I take Royal Bank of Scotland (reg address in Edinburgh) to court at an English court? Jonathan
  5. Hi Thanks for your help on this - Once filled in do send to my local county court or the county court nearest my bank branch? Also do I write a cheque out to the court & include?
  6. Hi Have sent my third letter to RBS (my own branch) recorded delivery on 16th April giving them 14 days to reply. They have not responded as yet (7th May). Is this normal? - I want to now proceed with taking them to court - Having halfway filled out my online claim, only to realise that taking RBS to court meant using the Scottish courts (no online service) - Can anyone help with the next stage of my claim? Regards Jonathan
