I've statements from Lloyds TSB going back as far as they are available online -- mid-2002 -- on which basis they owe me about £3,000. I'm tempted to get cracking with reclaiming these, while at the same time trying to get hold of statements going further back (which I understand they make very difficult). Is this sensible? Will I get short shrift from a court for putting in an application for these penalties and then later trying to get hold of ones from further back? I also have a Lloyds Visa card that, I expect, has amounted to several hundred pounds' worth of penalties in the three or four years that I've had it. I don't have many statements though. Can I make a claim for the bank charges and see to the credit card charges separately? Thanks in advance for any help.
