After reviewing my account with Egg I've discovered that they have been charging PPI premiums for at least the past 12 months on my balance (only 12 months viewable online). I have had little contact with Egg througout the duration of my account 2-3 years so at this stage I believe that the only opportunity that they would have had to add the insurance would have been at the application stage. From experience, please can you guys advise me of the best actions to take in relation to this - I have never agreed to the PPI. Thanks.
