  1. Anything regarding you and your personal account, will not affect your business or fathers account. If in future it does in anyway, as Dave said.. contact the OFT. /on a side note, can you charge the bank for time and trouble?
  2. The best thing to do when you get in a position with lots of debt, is to contact your local Citizens Advice Beauro. They will then decide whats best for you and your finances. They will probably arrange a meeting with an Insolvency Practitioner who can clear your debts, deal with your creditors and also find any debtors you may have (such as getting your charges back). My experience in Insolvency is only in Corporate, and Scottish law. So I am unable to assist much at all!
  3. Can someone please advise me, I started working for a company on 1 February and our holiday period started 1 April. My contract states that 'You are entitled to 1 and half days holiday per calander month'. I know from asking around that we can carry holidays forward, but only a maximum of 5 days. Does anyone know of a time limit to carrying them forward? Contract has no information on time. eg, I took no holidays until April, so would I still be entitled to carry forward the 3 days I was entitled to from Feb - March?
