Hi guys, i've just received a summary of charges over the last 6 yrs from lloyds but i'm confused which ones i can claim back. they have included: 1. account charges, listed as fees. 2. overdraft usage fees, listed as charges. 3. overdraft interest, listed as charges. 4. overdraft excess fees, listed as charges. 5. unpaid cheques, listed as charges. 6. unpaid direct debits, listed as charges. do i claim the account charge (fee) aswell as the rest? how do i know whether the interest is general or not? (ref:faq section) thanks
