That's encouraging to hear. I have requested my statements fronm them on the 26th March and have heard nothing so i sent them another letter on 19th April and again nothing! Not sure where to go from here if I can't get my hands on the info I need to make my claim. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I have started the process to claim these back but am still waiting for my statements to come, it is nearing the 40 days and so far I have written two letters and have heard nothing. I have heard Nat West are digging their heels in?

Hi This is my first post. I need some advice on getting a default removed from my file as I believe it is unfair as it was totally made up out of charges. I repaid it back straight away and it was through Nat West. Any ideas would be great.
