just jogged my memory this laptop was a replacement for my laptop they lost last xmas

that worked battery as been posted today and a new charger. thanks for your help

my toshiba laptop is under guarantee with currys 6 months old it keeps dropping internet conection the problem i have it was collected from my house for repair and returned today with out the battery i refused to sign for it.I phoned currys today and they have said it arrived with out the battery. the collection note as not been filled in propley as they have not ticked what accessorie was with the laptop. if they refuse to replace the battery what should i do

After 7 monthes of waiting today i have received some paperwork Action history for 3 of the accounts and a copy of a credit aggrement which is no bigger than a size of a post card which i cant read.

Cabot was orded to send douuments set out in my letter by 6th august by the court as of 12th i still have not received anything from cabot. what should i do now

Went to court today.cabot have asked for the hering to be adjourned because the documentary materials are still not avalable +the matter be re- allocated to fast track.The judge as orded them to supply the documents by 2nd of august.he also refused there request for fast track. my question is why would cabot want fast track and not the small claims track.

When dealing with dca's is ok to send emails or do i stick with letters

It also says each party shall deliver to every party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing. I have not received any documents from cabot ref my cca request

Notice of transfer of proceedings this claim has been transferred to the chelsmford county court as the CCBC solicitor is no longer acting. Is this normal for this to happen

Defence date is the 26th of this month. i sent a cpr request and a cca request for each account its now 14 days 21 days for the cpr still no copy of aggrements. my question do i send my defence via moneyclaim, or by post,email or fax + what day do i send

Sent a cca request last mon the request i sent was four diff accounts i listed all the accout numbers i also sent a cheque for £4 pounds. cabot have replied but have only listed one of the accounts + they sent my cheque back. Do i need to send a letter to remind them it was 4 accounts or just wait
