Hi I sent my LBA then due to personal cicumstances didnt get round to proceeding MCOL. After 8 weeks,I rang HSBC to see what was happening and was told I'd been sent an offer. Got it after about a week - £2407.20 on a £2600 claim. I accepted - seemed easier and was a good offer. Good luck

I must thank everybody here,although I didnt post until now - I took great support from reading about everbody elses experiences. Just thinking what to spend it on now....................8-)

Hi All I used the templates up to the stage of LBA and then my life went a bit haywire and so didnt get to take it to small claims court as quickly as I wanted. After about 8 weeks,HSBC offered me £2,407.20 for a claim of £2610 - so I thought that was pretty good so accepted. Just waiting for the money.
