hi hoping some one can gave advice on going bankrupt [i live in scotland]not sure about this .me and husband are spliting up and we have 70,000 of debt . we done some work to the house and we have to get some letters of comfort ,which we have to pay 200. for council to come out to see what we have done .plus the cost of saleing the house we just do not have the money.husband is talking about going bankrupt what happens if we do
