    Sent it. I would’ve sent it last night but after finally getting the printer to print, it was getting close to 1715 hrs and the post office I rang (which was open until 2030) said I couldn’t get a postal order until the morning, what kind of Mickey Mouse doodoo is that??

    But to confirm the CCA can also go to the solicitor.

    they're both going to the same address, right? The solicitors?

    That's the one I have and there are no built in forms I can type into on that. There are on the CCA PDF, but not on this one.

    There is no form on the PAP.

    The guide says So, as I don't have a "recommended reason" here, what do I put? And don't be patronising saying other people manage it, if the instructions were clear, I'd not be asking, would I?? As for Sec I, I'll have to put all that on a second sheet as it's too long to write.

    I am following the guide, but if I'm asking, it's because it's not clear. So leave the reason blank?

    So I need to send this to the solicitor and remove the section where it says to or leave it, because they are not the creditor? Also, which section do I need to remove reference to 77, 78 or 79?

    Doh, of course, I wasn't thinking straight yesterday. Anyways, today I got this along with a bunch of Q&A's entitied "Letter of claim details" and a reply form. cag2.pdf

    You haven't, otherwise I wouldn't be asking. You said "It might also be worthy to send the post office one," why would I send the PO one? That doesn't make sense to me.

    Previously, the debts I had which were SAR'd, they returned stating they had not bought the right to collect. Send the PO a SAR? What for?
