Hi again - it has been over a week since I had a letter from the Court to say they were transferring my case to my local small claim court. I have had no AQ and just seem to be doing nothing. Am very worried since the Lloyds case. Do you think we still stand a chance of claiming back our money or do you think the Banks will defend themselves. Thanks

I'm at the exact same stage as Damo6969696, but aqm still a bit confused as to the AQ. I have definitely not been sent one. Damo696969 - have you had to fill one in ?

wow thanks - this has been so helpful. Yes the link has said that in some cases recently that the courts have not been sending out AQ's, cutting corners to stop the delay tactics of the Bank. So I will wait and see. hopefully I will have a court date soon. Thanks again and good luck with your claim ...

Even though I received a letter Waggle & co solicitors on behalf of A&L, I didn't receive an a&q, they only said that it was there intent to defend. Should I be getting an allocation questionnaire ?

I have take my Bank Alliance and Leicester to the smalls claim court for £2495. Yesterday the bank wrote to me and actually sent a cheque for £408 and said that if I accept this cheque then they will keep my bank account open. However I have just had the fright of my life because I received a letter from the Banks solicitortoday saying that they are going to defend the claim and are prepared to go to court!!!!!. Is this normal procedure, please say it is, I feel I am maybe getting out of my depth, and feel quite scared! thanks
