Hi Dazza Well done! before reading the thread, (which was inspiring btw), I would have been mortified to admit how much I had been charged over the years. I thought I was the only one! Most people I know would be horrified and judgemental about it. :o Haven't yet calculated how much I will be claiming, am just about to send off SAR to HBOS. Hi to all I joined the Forum a while back, read all the tutorials and stuff, got really enthused, and then done nothing. I got nervous because of the risk of the bank closing my account. I didn't want the hassle...... but that was then:!: I am about to send SAR letter to my main bank (Halifax Bank of Scotland) and will report progress. And of course, ask for any help I may need during the process:confused:
