Thank you. fee should be exempt as in receipt of benefits at present. I take it I don't need to put a court fee value in on the form if we are exempt??

Do you send the copy of the statements or just a list of the charges and interest to the court with the N1 Form. Is there anything else you need to attach at this point.

Well money not returned by Friday as requested so am now in process of filling in an N1 form to take up to the County Court on Monday. What I would like to no is, where it says particulars of claim can I put in not only are the charges unfair but do I mention that Lloyds are in breach of the Social Security Act by taking charges from income based benefits????

I sent off the 1st letter and list of charges and got a reply usual stuff get lost. 2nd letter sent and still waiting for a reply. Also a letter sent via branch fax and recorded delivery regarding social security act and an email sent giving until the 15th June to return all my charges b4 court action started. Still yet to hear anything. However my question is since sending the list of charges with the 1st letter they have still taken more out of my account for charges. Can I also include these when I fill the court form out and do I have to write another letter to Lloyds Bank letting them no i am also adding these charges on????
