Hello All... This is my first posting on this forum which I have found very interesting reading !! Anyway,this is my situation. Due to the recent media coverage, and the general belief that these bank charges are extortionate, I am helping my son to reclaim them from LloydsTSB. We have, so far, found this bank evasive and unwilling to be swayed from the idea that their charges ARE reasonable, and have therefore resorted to Small Claims action. We have now reached the stage where after filing their defence, we have been sent an "Allocation Questionnaire". Does anyone have any advice on how to fill one of these out? Especially the "Other Information" section?
