thanks for the advice I will put it all down, how long do claims take to go through? I have been told an average of 6 months -
Hello everyone, this is my first post on here. I was told by a friend that this is the site where I will receive advise and help so here goes I have been through all my statements from Lloyds for the past 5 and a half years and have totalled up an appalling £2239 in charges, these include overdraft excess fees, which when looking at them in 2005 were £20 every month then from September 05 went up to £25 per month and then not happy with that in January 06 put them up to £30 per month!!! I am not sure if I can claim overdraft excess fees back or not so any advise would be greatly appreciated. Also where do i send my first letter do i send to my local branch or should i be sending to head office. thanks
