Hello all! I seem to have made some errors in my addition of the charges and found that I have missed £92 worth of charges! What would be the best way to go about adding these to my existing claim? I am only at the initial stages of trying to get my charges back and have only sent out one letter but I am unsure how to go about getting the extra £92 that I am owed. Hello all! I sent Abbey my first letter, asking them to refund the charges that they have taken from me, last Wednesday. I recieved a letter back basically saying someone is looking into to my "complaint" and that they will take 4 weeks to get back to me, which I assume is just the standard letter they send to everyone. Just wondering, do I give them the 4 weeks? or do I keep to my 14 day time window that was outlined in the first letter? Thanks for any help! Geneticfreak
