I have statred the claim back of my charges from the Northern bank by following the sites simple guide... I have sent my DPA request and have just recieved a large package of past statements from the bank...however...this only goes back 2 years instead of the 6 i requested.. the bank have sent a letter stating it would cause disproporinate effort on their part to furnish me with the earlier 4 years of statements. They do however, say they can supply these at a cost of £6.00 per sheet(going by this, I would have to send approx £2000.00) Anyone else have this problem and any suggestions on how to get the rest of the statements? thanks in advance david
