Hi I would like some help. Ive sent off a letter requesting unlaweful charges added to my Beneficial account through bounced direct debit's and overlimit charges. I recieved a letter back very qucikly from there Executive Complaints Manager saying, "The amount of these charges, and the circumstances in which they are applied, is set out clearly in HFC Bank's credit card agreements. We believe that Hfc Banks's charges to customers are fair and reasonable" also " HFC Bank has carefully considered the OFT'S publication and does not accept its findings" however now "they have reduced there charges in line with there competition" They owe me around 450.00 in charges and are being very defient about even considering entering negotiations. can i get my charges back? and what letter can i send them next as i think they will just blatently refuse my request again. Any help will be very greatful. neojustin.
