Good point. My total charges are expected to top £3000 so will pay of my overdraft and then some. If only these laws allowed us to go back 40 or 50 years. I would be able to claim the charges back on my 65th birthday as a sort of pension! -
As a newbie myself, from what I've read on the FAQ (there's a hint in there somewhere ) only one case has ever gone that far
