  3. Started out on the bank charges claim against Natwest 29th May, with lots of help and advise from you all, and am pleased to say that had letter today to say we are having all charges claimed refunded to our account. Amazing, I never thought it would all go so well, and really quite straight forward once I had read up on here and taken on board your advise and experience. Many many thanks to all of you who continue to share your help and knowledge with others, and the best of luck to all of you who continue to fight for justice!!! From a very happy Lel

  5. I am a newby here, and just starting out. I have been reading through the forum, and now my 'heads a spinning!! ' I have a few questions, and I would be grateful for any advise available from anyone who can spare the time. I am going to claim against Natwest. I have banked with them for over 20years, and always paid charges for an agreed overdraft but just lately they have really been slamming on the charges when I go over my overdraft £138 alone for April. What am I able to claim? is it just my over my overdraft charges, or am I able to claim for monthly bank charges for the agreed overdraft? Also, Do i send prelim letter along with detailed charges to my local branch? Many Thanks Lel
