Hi, Just about to get the ball rolling in regards to claiming my charges back, Heard a few people I know have been successful, one guy claimed back and got 6K! Just wanted to know if the procedure for doing so is different in Scotland as it is in England? Is it the same steps as in the step by step guide?? Any help would be muchly appreciated! Daveskerr
